When you agree to DataPalace’s Terms & Conditions, for example when you create an account, you agree to each agreement listed below that applies to you, in the version shown here at the time you agree and in later versions as that agreement’s own terms for changes allow, and you acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If we add a document to this page later, it applies to you only once we have given you notice of it as the Cloud Service Agreement describes.
Cloud Service Agreement
Applies to: Your use of the DataPalace app, on the Free plan or a paid plan, from the moment you create an account.
Website Terms of Use
Applies to: Browsing the public DataPalace website at datapalace.ai, with or without an account.
Privacy Policy
Applies to: How we collect, use, share and protect personal information, across the website and the app.

Built on open standards
Our Cloud Service Agreement is built on two standard agreements written by a committee of lawyers at Common Paper. Its Standard Terms are adapted, with our changes written in, from the Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 2.1 (source text), and it includes the AI Addendum Version 1.0 (source text) as published. The Legal References page shows every change we made. Common Paper standard agreements are available under CC BY 4.0.
